What you really want to know:
Starting Salary: £ 25,000 - £35,000 (depending on skills and experience).
Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Holidays: 25 Days holiday per year.
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (restrictions permitted).

For over 20 years, our client has created demand and supply chain software based on best practice processes to help businesses manage their supply chain – from the initial product and financial planning to forecasting, reporting, ordering, and allocation through an integrated and highly automated process.

Our client is looking for someone that love’s digital technology and is slightly obsessed with keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends to help drive our clients' brands forward. Naturally, you’ll have confidence and charisma along with a creative flair and be inherently super organised.
A creative individual, who can help bring ideas to the team for content, execute ideas and concepts which can be used on the various social media channels and websites will form an integral part of this opportunity. You will have the ability to work within an agile team and use the freedom provided to develop ideas and propose new approaches for the team to explore and execute.
A keen eye for detail and a flair for design would help in all areas of this role and a real desire to help drive traffic/users to the site and monitor the analytics.
The candidate MUST bring energy to the role, work off of their initiative, generate creative ideas and proactively seek out new and interesting ways to optimise and improve the content. You will be someone who seeks new ideas and is happy to explore new creative angles.
You’ll need to have a sound understanding of, as well as demonstrable experience in digital marketing, monitoring analytics and making sense of report data. Also, you’ll pride yourself on being a smart digital marketing generalist, you can write great copy with the ability to convey messages via multiple tones of voice.
The opportunity to travel will also form part of this role when required, working with the CMO in Iceland.
You’ll need to have a variety of skills.
Have experience writing long and short-form pieces.
Knowledgeable in email marketing and lead gen tactics.
Demonstrate attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Effectively communicate information and data.
Good knowledge and understanding of a range of market and design research methodologies.
HubSpot experience.
In addition, the client will also be expecting the following:
Build strong relationships with the Sales team to understand and support the product offering, sales patterns, demographics, and market positions to help shape and nurture the organisation's online presence to drive brand awareness and sales.
Responsible for the planning and implementation of all print and digital marketing, PR and advertising material.
Work with existing customers, new customers and UK partners to create dynamic written and graphic content Blogs/Case studies/Articles.
Support the execution and maintenance of existing recurring E-campaigns.
Analyse E-campaign performance to establish best practices in the campaign segmentation approach.
Continually evolve knowledge on all inbound marketing and HubSpot.
Focus on specific UK press agencies where you’ll plan, develop and implement PR strategies.
Create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn/Twitter).
Optimise content following search engine optimisation (SEO).
Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on the company site and encourages audience participation.
Optimising campaigns, writing compelling ad copy/creative and choosing relevant keywords to target. Develop social media campaigns.
Analyse and report on audience information and demographics, and the success of existing social media projects.
Manage social media communications.
Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits.
